Please email your questions to support@kaiuk.co.uk, we will reply shortly after receipt:

  1. with an email or
  2. call you for further information or
  3. call to provide you with the solution or
  4. call you to acknowledge the receipt of your call as we are currently dealing with it.

It will really help us to help you if when contacting us by email you are also able to include:

  1. Contact details including a contact number if you would like a call back.
  2. The related Company, Division and Project as appropriate.
  3. A description of the requirement, problem or issue.
  4. If possible, indicate or describe what you were doing before the problem occurred or the issue appeared.
  5. Details of the module or function you are in.
  6. Explanation of what you are trying to achieve and the expected outcome.
  7. A screenshot can be helpful.
  8. Please indicate the urgency, are there any specific datelines or timescales involved.
  9. Number of users affected in your business by this problem or issue, e.g. a department or all users…
  10. Finally, if you require changes to your access rights of functions controlled by system keys, we will need the authorisation of your line manager or your systems controller.
